by Scale9dev (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use any Scale9dev products or services.
These Terms apply to all Scale9dev applications and services (“Services”) and govern your use of them.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our
Services for personal or internal business purposes, in compliance with these Terms. You may not :
Reverse engineer, modify, or copy our software.
● Use our Services for unlawful purposes.
● Interfere with the functionality or security of our systems.
5. User Content
Some of our Services allow you to submit or generate content (“User Content”). You retain
ownership of your User Content but grant Scale9dev a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive
license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate laws or infringe on the
rights of others.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our apps may produce AI-generated text, images, audio, or other outputs. You understand and
agree that:
● AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.
● You are responsible for how you use such content.
● We are not liable for any harm, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on
AI-generated outputs.
7. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which will be provided
within each app or on our website). By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted
in our apps or on our website. By continuing to use our Services after changes are posted,
you agree to the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if
you violate these Terms or use our Services in a way that may harm Scale9dev or others.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

or implied. We do not guarantee:

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale9dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA , without regard to conflict of
law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in
Utah County, Utah.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scale9dev regarding the
Services and supersede all prior agreements.
